MADISON (WKOW) –
According to the University of Wisconsin-Madison Police, the number of people ejected
from Saturday nights Badger game doubled compared to the first home game.
Authorities
said there were 67 ejections from the Badger game that kicked off at 7 p.m.
That number has doubled compared to the 30 people ejected from the first Badger
game in September against Northern Iowa.
The UW
Police Department said of those 67 ejections, 49 of them were UW- Madison
students.
Officials
said there were not any serious injuries reported and most of the issues and
citations were for underage drinking.
