Trempealeau County (WQOW) - A man was injured Sunday night when he lost control of the ATV he was riding and it flipped over, throwing him from the ATV.

The Trempealeau County Sheriff's Department was called to the Buffalo River ATV trail in the Town of Sumner around 6:02 p.m. Sunday for a man who was unconscious following an ATV crash. He was alone on the ATV.

Also assisting on the scene: Osseo Police Department, Osseo Rural Fire Department, Osseo First Responders, Osseo Ambulance, Mayo One Helicopter and the DNR.

The name of the man has not been released.
