Trempealeau County (WQOW) - A man is rescued from his vehicle after it ended up on its roof in 3 feet of water.
According to the Trempealeau County Sheriff's Department, Steven A. Roskos was traveling on State Road 121 in the Town of Burnside Sunday around 11:15 p.m. when he lost control at a curve. His vehicle hit the shoulder, crossed both lanes of traffic and then rolled several times before landing on its roof in a creek.
Officers pulled Roskos from the vehicle which was partially filled with water. Roskos was injured in the crash.
Roskos was arrested on suspicion of 3rd offense OWI, failure to maintain control of his vehicle and operation after revocation.
