Clerk fights off robber with beer cans

PORT ORANGE, Florida (WKOW) -- A store clerk in Florida used what he had to protect his business.

When a man came into the store trying to rob his place he started throwing beer cans at the robber. All of this was caught on surveillance video. The robber had a knife and grabbed some cash from the register.

The clerk grabbed a four-pack of beer and scared the robber away. Police did arrest the suspect. Police say he's charged with battery and armed robbery.
