Milwaukee (WQOW) - The race for an open U.S. Senate seat will be taken up a notch Friday night.
Tommy Thompson and Tammy Baldwin will debate for the first time. Recent polls have shown the race is even or have Baldwin with a slight edge. Friday night's debate is sponsored by the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association. It's in Milwaukee and you can watch it on WQOW News 18, beginning at 8 p.m.
WQOW News 18 Director of News & Operations, Lisa Patrow, will be on the panel asking questions. You can expect questions about health care, the economy and foreign policy, among other topics.
