Trempealeau County (WQOW) - A highway in Trempealeau
County has reopened
after a fatal crash Wednesday.
According to authorities, a semi traveling on State
Highway 54 near the Township
Of Gale, lost control on
a curve, flipped onto it's side and struck a motorcycle. The driver of the
motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the semi had minor
injuries.
While authorities were investigating the highway was closed for seven
hours before re-opening overnight. The accident is still under investigation.
The name of the motorcyclist has not yet been released.
