Pierce County (WQOW) - Homicide charges are filed for a crash that killed a western Wisconsin woman.

A charge of homicide by negligent driving has just been filed against George Budd. He's accused of turning in front of an oncoming motorcycle while pulling into his driveway in Pierce County. A passenger on the bike, Julie Nelson from Hammond, was killed. Her husband was critically injured in the March crash.

Investigators say Budd told them twice he had not been drinking, but his alcohol level was over the legal limit.
