GREEN BAY (WAOW) - Greg Jennings will not play Sunday against the Colts in
Indianapolis. The wide receiver did not practice Thursday because of a groin
injury.
While Jennings will not be
on the field, center Jeff Saturday will and it's his first time facing his former
team. Saturday was a Colt for his first 13 years in the league before signing
with the Packers in the off season.
"It's different. I'd be lying if I didn't
tell you it was awkward. You play 13 years in one place and now to go back and
play them is different. Obviously it's not nearly the team it was when I was
there. They've got a new GM, new coach, new players. It's not the same Colts as
when I was there but it's the horseshoe, it's the blue," Saturday said.
Saturday and his offensive line
teammates have not allowed a sack on Aaron Rodgers since half-time in Seattle.
The Colts say they are planning a
special video tribute for Saturday that they will play for fans before kickoff.
The game is slated to begin at noon Sunday on Fox.
