TOWN OF MONROE (WKOW) – A South Wayne man is arrested for his 5^th OWI offense on Saturday for erratic driving.

According to the Green County Sheriff's Department, deputies saw 51-year-old Randall A. Horsman driving erratically on STH 11 near Patterson Road around 5:10 p.m.

The deputies investigation resulted in the arrest of Horsman for his 5^th OWI, operate with a revoked driver's license, operate motor vehicle without insurance, failure to install an ignition interlock device and unsafe lane.

Authorities said Horsman was jailed pending court.
