Eau Claire (WQOW) - One of two suspects in a disturbing sexual assault case in Eau Claire loses his appeal.
John Bullock and Damonta Jones were convicted of holding a woman down and sexually assaulting her with a snake.
Bullock got 25-years in prison and Jones got 35 years. Both men appealed their convictions and sentences.
On Wednesday the state court of appeals rejected Bullock's contention that his lawyer was ineffective and that he did not get a fair trial. Jones' appeal is still pending.
