LA CROSSE (WKOW) -- A judge has set bail at $10 million for the 39-year-old Minnesota man accused of killing a father and son in their La Crosse photography store on September 15.
Jeffrey Lepsch of Dakota appeared in Winona County court Thursday in Minnesota. Lepsch was appointed a public defender and will appear in court next on October 18.
Investigators say Lepsch killed 56-year-old Paul Petras and his 19-year-old son, A.J. Petras in their downtown shop. He is also accused of stealing $16,000 in camera equipment.
Lepsch remains in the Winona County Jail.
