Eau Claire (WQOW) - Seventeen charges of possessing child pornography are filed against an Eau Claire man.
The sheriffs department got a call earlier this year from the National Center for Missing and Exploited children. That agency said an adult was posing as a minor on the internet and sending sexually explicit pictures and messages to a 14-year-old boy.
Investigators were able to track the messages to Brian K. Jones. Detectives say Jones, 43, admitted posing as a minor to chat with underage boys and send them nude images. A search of his home turned up about 250 files of alleged child porn.
