MADISON (WKOW) -- Members of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity at UW-Madison and the University of Minnesota are running for the Red Cross.
The Rivalry Run starts at TCF Bank Stadium and ends at Camp Randall. Minnesota students will begin their run on October 18th, handing off a football to one another until they reach the Minnesota-Wisconsin border. The football will be passed off to a UW-Madison fraternity member, who will start the run for UW students. The 272 mile journey will end at Camp Randall Stadium in time for the October 20th game between the Badgers and the Golden Gophers.
The two chapters will compete to raise funds for their respective chapters of the American Red Cross. To learn more or donate, head to this website.
