MADISON (WKOW) -- If you're a fan of the famous Girl Scout cookies, then get ready to eat and enjoy some of the tasty treats! The scouts will start going door-to-door with cookies Saturday, October 27.

The Cookie Program goes through most of November.There are several new components this year including the first ever, "direct sale." The direct sale means that instead of taking orders and delivering the cookies in a few weeks, a girl will have the cookies with her during the door-to-door sale. There's also a brand new cookie and redesigned boxes.
