MADISON (WKOW) -- A Madison man was arrested for his fourth OWI early Monday morning.
Officials say 43-year-old Robert T. Coaker was stopped by a Dane County Sheriff's officer around 2 a.m. Monday for speeding as he traveled westbound on STH 30, near Fair Oaks Avenue.
Authorities say Coaker failed Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, and was arrested on the Felony OWI Offense. He was also cited for operating after revocation, speeding and driving without insurance.
Coaker is currently being held in the Dane County Jail.
