EAU CLAIRE (Press Release) – Electric service to Xcel Energy customers in and around the city of Cornell will be interrupted from approximately midnight on Thursday, Nov. 1, to 3 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 2.

This three-hour outage is required to perform repair work on the Cornell substation. The outage time may be longer or shorter depending on working conditions.

In the event of severe weather, the outage will be rescheduled.
