MADISON (WKOW) -- Police say a 17-year-old girl from Baraboo was sexually assaulted Saturday night near the UW-Madison campus.

Madison police say the teen was walking on the block of 20 S. Mills when she was touched inappropriately by a man claiming to be dressed as Hugh Hefner. The incident happened around 11:00 p.m. Saturday night.

Officials say the man wanted to hug the victim, and she pushed him away. When she asked what he was dressed up as, he told her the name of the Playboy magazine publisher.

Police say the stranger then grabbed her and sexually assaulted her. The victim was able to push him and run away.

Madison police say describe the suspect as a black man, light complexion, thin build, 140-155 pounds, 5'9" - 5'10," and was last seen wearing a black and red flannel robe.
