Sun Prairie falls in girls volleyball state quarterfinals

GREEN BAY (WKOW) -- The Sun Prairie girls volleyball made its first appearance in the WIAA state tournament on Thursday, only to fall in 3 games to Menomonee Falls, 25-13, 25-14, 25-16.

The Cardinals beat Waunakee in a thrilling 5-game sectional final to make it to the Resch Center in Green Bay for the first time in program history.
