Prep Report Level 3 playoffs: Mt. Horeb/Barneveld advances to state semis

MONONA (WKOW) -- The Mt. Horeb/Barneveld football team advanced to its first ever trip to the WIAA state semifinals with its 49-21 victory over Monona Grove. The Vikings will play Catholic Memorial next weekend. Mt. Horeb/Barneveld jumped out to a 21-0 lead, scoring on its first three drives of the game. The Vikings' running back Daylon Bowar scored three touchdowns, rushing for 237 yards on 41 carries in the game.

In Division 4, Lakeside Lutheran fell in its Level 3 game against Big Foot 52-17. To see video highlights of both games, click on the video link.
