Village of Brown Deer (WQOW) - Just two weeks after a deadly shooting, a Milwaukee suburb is investigating how police handled domestic violence incidents involving the shooter.

The Village of Brown Deer says an independent investigator will review interactions with Radcliff Haughton, who shot seven women at the Azana Salon and Spa in Brookfield. Three died, including his estranged wife, before he killed himself.

The court recently issued a restraining order against him. Over the past decade, police were called to the couple's home twenty times, seven for possible domestic violence. They never made an arrest.
