MADISON (WKOW) -- Police say a 14-year-old Madison teen was taken to an area hospital after being found unconscious outside an apartment building on Raymond Road Sunday afternoon.

Madison police say witnesses reported seeing young men fighting, but it was not clear how the victim was injured.

The teenager did regain consciousness at the scene, but did not provide information as to what had happened.
