Menomonie (WQOW) - One of three men accused of invading a Menomonie home at gunpoint will spend three years behind bars.

That's the sentence handed down Monday in Dunn County to Raul Gutierrez. He's from Menomonie. Gutierrez and two other men were accused of breaking into the home last winter with plans to steal drugs.

Police say the men also wanted to beat up the homeowner because they thought he had harmed a woman they knew. Deputies say the men had a shotgun and an AK-47 assault rifle. A shot was fired but no one was hurt.
