NEW YORK (WKOW)-- The Dow took a hit on Wednesday.
It closed out the trading session at its lowest level all year, dropping below 13,000. Trading started before the opening bell Wednesday. However, comments from the ECB President raised concern.
For Wall Street, it's a sign that even the biggest and strongest countries can have a debt crisis.
President Obama's re-election is a factor too.
If that crisis is not averted, stocks will plummet and the economy will drown.
