MADISON (WKOW) -- Madison police were called to a home on Edna Court Wednesday afternoon and arrested a 12-year-old boy.
Police say the boy was busted for disorderly conduct while armed. He allegedly pointed a small knife at an 11-year-old boy. The victim states the older boy has bullied him many times and was trying to provoke a fight.
Officials say once the knife was pulled, the victim ran home. The 12-year old claims the victim and another boy had been calling him names, and that's why he produced the weapon.
