NEENAH (WKOW)-- It may look like a labyrinth of stainless steel, but inside these pipes and tanks some of the best sweetened condensed milk in the nation is being made.
Tim Galloway, the CEO- Business Development of Galloway Company says, "Our family's been in the business since the early nineteen hundreds, and in the fifties we purchased this facility, and my dad and my uncles and now the third generation are proud to keep at it." Creating the highest quality dairy products is nothing new to the folks at Galloway Company. And neither is assuring their customers outstanding service.
Jerry Manderfield, the co-owner of Manderfield's Bakery says, "Ten Years ago my dad suggested that I give them a call to see if they sell sweetened condensed milk, because we were purchasing it in the cases where you get six number ten cans and we started out just shopping around for something more convenient. Galloway was happy to accommodate Manderfield's Bakery; supplying them with several five gallon pails of sweetened condensed milk every month for their baking needs.
Manderfield says, "And when I called them, they said we could pick it up, so we started picking up one pail at a time." Galloway Company ships sweetened condensed milk to some of the largest confectioners and bakeries in the country, yet they still manage to make small business owners like Vande Walle's Candy feel important.
Tom Vande Walle, Co-Owner of Vande Walle's Candy says, "It feels very special actually because if it weren't for them being willing to deal with some of the smaller companies around, it would be very difficult for us to get the products we need." Quality, freshness and customer service set Galloway Company apart and keep loyal customers coming back. He says, "They're very helpful; service is awesome; product is number one!"
Galloway says, "Over time if you're passionate, and you make the product well, the customers respond."
