Eau Claire County (WQOW) - A former area child care worker admits he sexually assaulted young boys and it turns out there were more victims than first thought.

Thomas West was employed at the Altoona Family Child Care Center. He was accused of assaulting a little boy who attended the center, and the young son of one of west's friends. In court on Thursday, prosecutors filed additional charges, alleging West assaulted a total of seven boys. Six were connected to the child care center. The boys ranged in age from three-to-five. West entered guilty pleas, and will be sentenced in January.
