SUN PRAIRIE (WKOW) – The Sun Prairie Police Department arrested a Waterloo man for his 4th OWI early Sunday morning.
A Sun Prairie officer saw a vehicle driving in excess of the speed limit on W. Main Street near Flint Street around 1:00 a.m.
The officer identified the driver as Gaston D. Heredia. Authorities said the 31-year-old was arrested for his 4th OWI, which results in a felony charge because it occurred within 5 years of a third OWI conviction.
Officials booked Heredia into the Dane County Jail on the felony OWI charge as well as being cited for speeding.
