Press Release from the Wisconsin State Patrol: Graham E Davis, 39 years of age, from Chippewa Falls, WI has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Eau Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 3rd offense.
On November 17, 2012 at approximately 11:07pm, the Wisconsin State Patrol received a call of vehicle traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes of I-94 near Milepost 77. A trooper located the vehicle near Milepost 72, still traveling the wrong way at 60 mph. The vehicle was eventually stopped at Milepost 67 (near STH 93).
The driver, Graham Davis (age 39), was subsequently arrested for 3rd offense operating under the influence. Davis was taken to the hospital for a legal blood draw, then to the Eau Claire County Jail.
