MADISON (WKOW) -- Two 12-year-old boys are arrested after throwing rocks through the windows of parked vehicles.
"We got bored and started throwing rocks, because there is nothing better to do," said one of the suspects.
The boys were caught last week at the secure Beld St. lot which is owned by Schmidt's Towing, and employees said the vandalism has been an ongoing problem. The suspects admitted they had been throwing baseball size rocks, from an elevated railroad tracks, one to two times a month since sometime this past summer.
