Eau Claire (WQOW)- A man charged with homicide was back in court Tuesday in Eau Claire County.
The preliminary hearing was held for Doua Vang who's charged in the death of a 17-year-old Bobbie Vue. Investigators believe Vang stabbed Vue in October after a fight broke out when he showed up at Vang's apartment with a group of friends.
On Tuesday, an investigator testified that Vang told police the last thing he remembers about the confrontation is being hit in the head. The judge ruled there was enough evidence to move forward with the case. Four others are also charged in the incident.
