CLARNO, Wis. (AP) - Authorities in southern Wisconsin say a man driving a milk
truck collided with and killed two cows that had wandered onto a road.
The Green County sheriff's office says the 26-year-old man
was driving in the Town of Clarno on Thursday evening when he came across a
number of cows in the road.
The driver told authorities he braked and swerved but
couldn't avoid hitting two cows.
Deputies say the milk truck sustained moderate front-end
damage. A WISC-TV report (http://bit.ly/TTfT4x ) says the owner of the cows was
contacted to remove the animals.
