MINERAL POINT (WKOW) -- Officers from the Mineral Point Police Department and Deputies from Iowa County responded to a physical disturbance in Mineral Point early yesterday morning.

37-year-old Brian Hermanson of Mineral point was arrested and transported to the Iowa County Jail.

Hermanson remains in jail awaiting a bond hearing on charges of a second OWI offense, domestic disorderly conduct, aggravated battery, and false imprisonment.
