Trempealeau County (WQOW)- A 12-year-old boy died in a farming accident over the weekend.
The Trempealeau County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to an accident on an Amish family farm in rural Blair on Saturday. A 12-year-old male was attempting to un-hitch a manure spreader from a team of two horses. The horses apparently spooked and ran away, running over the victim. The 12-year-old did not survive his injuries and was pronounced dead on scene.
