MADISON (WKOW) -- Governor Scott Walker lights the Capitol Christmas tree. The tree is now ready for the holiday season.

Governor Walker and representatives from Wisconsin tree farms participated in the event. Handmade ornaments make up the holiday tree.

A small model train runs around the base of the tree, which came from a Medford farm.

Walker showed a smaller tree in the Governor's conference room. Walker says he cut down the smaller tree.
