COLUMBUS (WKOW) -- Police say they arrested a man for his 8th OWI offense.
The Columbus Police Department says an officer saw 52-year-old Mark Krueger of Columbus driving and knew Krueger did not have a license so he pulled him over. The officer said he detected intoxicants on Krueger's breath.
Police say Krueger's preliminary breath test showed a .049 BAC. Due to his 7 prior OWI offenses, his prohibited alcohol content in Wisconsin is .02 BAC.
Officers say Krueger was booked into the Columbia County Jail on felony OWI charges, operating while suspended and a probation violation.
