LAKE DELTON (WKOW) -- Layoffs are coming at a distribution company in Lake Delton.
Preferred Distributors notified the state Department of Workforce Development that it's closing its facility on Miller Drive by the end of the year.
The Sparta-based company said it's selling the business. The filing with the DWD did not specify the buyer.
The closure leaves 41 full-time and 3 part-time employees without work.
We could not reach the company for comment Monday.
