Plan commission tables vote on business expansion

Eau Claire (WQOW) - The Eau Claire Plan Commission postpones a vote on a business expansion.

On Monday night, the group was set to take up the site plan for Five Star Plastics.  The business has plans for a 25,000 square foot addition in Sky Park.  The plan commission says there are, potentially, some unresolved issues from a couple of years ago.  For example, there was a developer's agreement that required trees to go up on the back end, between the facility and homes.  The plan commission says that wasn't completed.  The owner wasn't at the meeting on Monday night, so the group tabled a vote until it can follow up.
