Eau Claire (WQOW)- More than one student has probably wanted to duct tape their principal to the wall. On Tuesday some local students got the chance to do just that.
At DeLong middle school both the principal and associate principal allowed the students to duct tape them to the wall as a reward for staying on task during their reading breaks.
"Instead of always saying, 'Oh, you didn't bring this, so now here's a negative,' instead it's rewarding them doing a great job and we want to keep it up so we're going to give you something for that," said Michele Wiberg who is an associate principal at the middle school.
