LONDON (AP) -- The Duchess of Cambridge has left a London hospital where she was being treated for acute morning sickness related to her pregnancy.
The former Kate Middleton smiled as she left the King Edward VII Hospital Thursday alongside her husband, Prince William.
The couple's office said she would head to Kensington Palace in London for a period of rest.
Royal officials have said Kate is less than 12 weeks pregnant with her first child.
