Lake Hallie Mega Holiday robbed - WQOW TV: Eau Claire, WI NEWS18 News, Weather, and Sports

Lake Hallie (Press Release) - On Friday, December 7, 2012 at 12:26 a.m., Officer Rathke and Cpl. Prokopinski were requested to respond to the Mega Holiday Express gas station located at 2750 120^th Street for a report of a robbery.

Prior to officers arriving on scene a white male suspect left the gas station heading southbound on Business Highway 53 driving a blue Ford Contour. It is unknown at this time if he acted alone.

The store clerk reported that a white male came into the store and demanded money. Money was given to the suspect and no weapons were displayed or seen by the store clerk. The suspect instructed the clerk to enter the bathroom and the suspect then left the store. No other persons were in the store when the robbery occurred, but a citizen did see the suspect as he left.

No weapon was displayed and no injuries were reported.
