Madison (WQOW) -- Rose Bowl preparations continued for the Wisconsin football team on Sunday. It was the Badgers' second day of work under Barry Alvarez.
Of course, this week has been anything but ordinary after the departure of head coach Bret Bielema to Arkansas. One of the questions remaining is future of his old assistants. Many could be looking for work at the conclusion of the season, but at least one coach is committed to finishing out the season with the team.
"I cant speak for everybody and I don't want to put words into their mouths, but from my standpoint, I'm here for the Rose Bowl. I'm here for the job that we started here last January when it was a new team after last years Rose Bowl and we're going to see this job through," says defensive coordinator Chris Ash. "As far as I know, all the assistants will be here too."
Wisconsin plays in its third-straight Rose Bowl on January 1st.
