GREEN BAY (WKOW) -- There's a tribute to legendary coach Vince Lombardi at Lambeau Field, but not too many people realized it until Sunday night's game.
That's because one of the broadcasters pointed it out.
The clock above the Bellin Health gate is 15 minutes fast, otherwise known as Lombardi time.
It's a way to pay tribute to the legendary coach who was a stickler for time.
Packers President and CEO, Mark Murphy, says, "I think anyone that knows about football, especially years ago, knows about Lombardi time. We thought it would be a unique way to pay tribute."
Murphy says there was some debate about just what Lombardi time was when the clock went up.
That was back on July 20.
