GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) -- Green Bay police report a season-high 18 arrests at the Packers' home game against Detroit.
Of the 18 arrests Sunday, 12 people were cited for unlawful conduct at a public event. Four of them were also suspected of resisting arrest. Two people were arrested on suspicion of marijuana possession, while one person was cited for disorderly conduct. Three were accused of underage drinking, with two of them also cited for obstructing an officer.
Police say 50 people were ejected for misconduct.
The Green Bay Press-Gazette reports fans usually behave well when the Lions play at Lambeau Field compared with when the Vikings or Bears visit. But the newspaper says these were the most arrests and ejections when the Packers have hosted Detroit since at least the 1996 regular season.
