MADISON (WKOW) -- A Baraboo man accused of killing his 13-month-old daughter will be in court for a plea and sentencing hearing today.
Investigators say Dustin Mann shook his daughter to death in February 2011. He's charged with first degree intentional homicide.
Authorities say autopsy results showed the child had injuries consistent with the shaking of the head, neck and brain.
