JANESVILLE (WKOW) -- The estranged husband of a woman who was found dead in Janesville over the weekend is accused of murder.
Janesville police arrested Krystofer Carlisle, 54, on Wednesday for first degree intentional homicide. He's accused of killing his wife, Traci Moyer.
The 46-year-old woman was found strangled to death inside Carlisle's home on Racine Street early Saturday morning. Carlisle was also in the home at that time. Police say he was in medical distress and he was taken to the hospital.
Moyer had filed for divorce and was living elsewhere at the time.
