An officer caught up with the vehicle just before the driver struck a curb and bounced back onto the roadway on North Thompson Drive near Swanton Road. The driver was pulled over on Stein Avenue at Swanton Road.
Nary Ourn, of Madison, was arrested for 4th offense drunken driving. Her blood alcohol test registered a .291.
