TOWN OF BRISTOL (WKOW) -- Authorities have arrested a Sun Prairie man for what they're calling a "rolling domestic" incident.
According to the Dane County Sheriff's Office, Hunter Kreger, 18, got into an altercation with an 18-year-old woman inside a moving vehicle. It happened on Sunday afternoon at Highway N and Happy Valley Road in the town of Bristol.
Officials say Kreger was the passenger in the vehicle driven by the Sun Prairie woman. While she was driving, he struck the woman in the face so hard that she lost consciousness, causing the vehicle to drift into oncoming traffic. Officials say Kreger then grabbed the steering wheel and put the car into neutral. The victim attempted to get out of the car, but Kreger grabbed her by the hair and threw her back inside.
The victim did seek medical attention for her injuries.
Kreger was arrested, facing charges of battery, disorderly conduct, second degree reckless endangerment, and intimidating a victim.
