MADISON (WKOW) -- A Madison man faces new sexual assault charges.
They are separate from the charges he already faces for assaulting his step-sister, the girl who authorities say was tortured and locked in her family's basement.
Court records show 19-year-old Joshua Drabek faces two counts of 2nd degree sexual assault of a child.
According to the Wisconsin State Journal, the criminal complaint shows Drabek had sex with a 15-year-old girl on two occasions last year.
Drabek's bail was set at $40,000.
He was already in jail on charges that he assaulted his step-sister.
His trial in that case is set to begin in January.
