WASHINGTON, DC (WKOW) -- The U.S. Consumer Product Safety announced a recall on a toy called Water Balz.

It also includes other varieties: Growing Skulls, H-2-O Orbs and Fabulous Flowers.

They absorb water and can expand 400 times their original size.

That's a big problem if a child swallows one.

The voluntary recall comes after a baby needed surgery to remove it after ingesting one last year.
