WASHINGTON (WKOW) -- To honor the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting victims, President Obama plans to observe a moment of silence at the White House Friday morning.
Six adults and 20 children were killed at the Connecticut school on December 14. The White House says the moment of silence will begin at 9:30 EST. The President's observance will be in private without press coverage.
Governor Scott Walker issued a moment of silence be observed Friday at 9:30 CST in Wisconsin.
